In your first meeting with us, we値l discuss the objectives and specifications of your study. We値l go over your questionnaire and advise you on the best way to administrate it. We値l also determine the best way to meet your collection needs while meeting your budget. Then our project manager and yours will confer, closely examining the project questionnaire for anything that might create difficulties for an interviewer. Our programmer will join the discussion to discuss creating the interview screens. Then we値l write the program. If the interview is to be in Spanish or Portuguese, we値l do the translation. You値l then receive the finished program to check against your project specifications. Once you池e satisfied, we値l go into the field with your questionnaire. Our project manager will thoroughly brief our interviewers and quality assurance team on the details of the survey, script, and specific vocabulary and verbiage. Then it痴 time to dial. As the survey progresses, you値l be able to monitor calls at any time in your own office through our remote monitoring system.
Your feedback is important and will help guide us in achieving the results you need. All the while, we値l be monitoring results and coaching interviewers to ensure that we reach specified quotas with the highest accuracy.
