It starts with maintaining the very latest technology for our interviewers. We utilize state-of-the-art CATI systems, with auto and predictive dialing, running the newest versions of CfMC, Quancept and SPSS software to make data capture and analysis as easy as possible.
Further aiding accurate data collection is our team of programmers, adept at programming questionnaires that facilitate quick and accurate data collection during a live interview.
The right tools are useless though, if not in the hands of proven talent. We select only the best. We begin by hand-screening every interviewer. Each must pass our stringent communication and linguistic skills testing.
Selected interviewers undergo a series of in-depth training sessions to hone their skills, including probing and clarifying answers, redirecting the conversation as appropriate, entering data verbatim while conducting the interview, speaking with the vocabulary and tone appropriate for the intended audience, and adapting seamlessly to the language preferences of respondents from the very beginning of an interview.
As projects progress, interviewers receive immediate one-on-one feedback and coaching from our experienced quality assurance staff, conducted in a positive, encouraging environment. This helps interviewers to instantly refine their technique and ensure accuracy from the onset.
