Americas Survey Company utilizes 2 Sun servers running Solaris 9. Our CATI (Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing) software is SPSS/Quancept (version 7.9) and CfMC (version 7.6). We have 145 CATI interviewing stations with auto and predictive dialer technology. The data delivery format options consist of: Native Quancept, 360 Column binary, Plain ASCII, SPSS's .sav, .tr files, and Excel.
